As the year draws to a close, our team in the National Capital Region gathered for an evening that felt especially meaningful. In what has truly been an unprecedented year, filled with change, new challenges, and remarkable accomplishments, we came together at Amoo’s Restaurant in McLean, Virginia to celebrate at our annual Christmas gathering.
The atmosphere at Amoo’s was warm, lively, and full of conversation as associates reconnected, exchanged stories, and reflected on everything we’ve achieved together. This year has been marked by incredible change, as well as individual achievements and impressive collective milestones. From personal growth and new responsibilities to team wins and organizational progress, there was so much to recognize and be proud of.
What made the evening especially memorable was not just celebrating the accomplishments themselves, but celebrating each other. Seeing everyone together, sharing laughter, encouragement, and genuine appreciation, was a powerful reminder of why we’re so grateful for such dedicated associates. It’s the people behind the work who continue to make our organization resilient, innovative, and forward-looking, even in the most challenging times.
